Meet Gracie

Color, care, and a little magic for celebrations across Maine.

Gracie, the artist behind Wildflower Face Art

The heart behind Wildflower

Art has been a big part of my life ever since I was a little girl. From painting and drawing as a child to studying art in college, I've always found joy in creating, experimenting with color, and bringing ideas to life.

I studied Painting and Drawing at Concordia University and then went on to study Esthetics at Inter-Dec College in Montreal, QC. I spent several years working as an esthetician and freelance makeup artist, where I developed a strong foundation in industry safety and hygiene practices, learned countless artistic techniques, and gained a deep appreciation for using high-quality cosmetics, brushes, and paints.

Along the way, I developed a passion for creative designs, including cosplay looks for teens and adults. I love the process of taking an idea, character, or inspiration and transforming it into something you can wear and become.

I've also spent years working with children as a gymnastics teacher and art teacher, teaching children from ages 1–12. Working with kids has been a true joy. They've shown me just how much fun face painting can be, with their limitless imaginations and positive energy bringing something special to every moment.

At the heart of Wildflower Face Art is my love of creating things that bring people joy and make them feel a little more magical.
